Kat, a certified appraiser with nearly a decade of experience, leads the appraisal assignment team, drives strategic investment in process optimization, and provides critical support to Asirus appraisers and regional managers.
With his beginnings as a staff appraiser for Home Savings of America in Chicago in 1987, John started and grew his own staff appraiser company in 1992. Since then, he has transitioned to helping expand Asirus into other Midwest and East markets, providing invaluable leadership to the appraisers on his team.
Bill, who holds an SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute, brings more than 30 years of appraisal experience to Asirus. He is focused on improving appraisal quality and efficiency through education and the use of modern appraisal tools and techniques.
